MDes Service Design, Social Innovation and Design Leadership

It explores the strategic use of design and its application as a tool to put people at the heart of new business models, technology and social change - all within a framework of sustainability

The majority of MDes students have professional experience allowing them to support and mentor recent undergraduates who come onto the course.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for a course, you will need to be a competent speaker and writer of English. This also applies if you are from the European Union, or if you're from a country outside the EU.
You need to provide us with an IELTS or equivalent English language qualification demonstrating a minimum of 6.0 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each sub test) or CEFR Level B2 in each component.
Postgraduate
- 3 year Bachelors degree (Professional) from an accredited university with a minimum overall average of 60%
- or CGPA 7.0 out of 10.0 depending on the university 3 year Bachelors degree (Science/Arts/Commerce) from an accredited university with a minimum overall from 60%
- or CGPA 6.5 out of 10.0 depending on university
- or First (low) division
