For a postgraduate taught course such as a Masters, you would normally need a Bachelors's degree from a recognized institution.

Typically you would need at least the equivalent to a UK upper second class honors degree, however some courses will accept lower second class honors degrees. Actual requirements will vary by course.

  • A score of 60 percent is considered comparable to a UK 2:1
  • A score of 50 percent is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

We take into account universities who mark more rigorously, the eg University of Delhi, where we usually accept 55 percent or higher.
