Master of Project Leadership
The Master of Project Leadership will enable you to acquire the skills required to establish and tailor sophisticated interdependent project frameworks. You will develop an understanding of high-level concepts of open-systems innovation, dynamic social networks and design thinking.
This program is designed for experienced project managers and senior managers seeking to develop the critical complex thinking and communication skills required for successful project leadership.
An innovative and challenging program, it will develop your strategic thinking capability and broaden conventional concepts of leadership, management, governance, risk, resilience and sustainability. You will focus on the importance of interpersonal skills to develop effective leadership, and learn how to apply the principles of emotional intelligence to influence and manage successful project outcomes.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
- an Australian bachelor's degree in any discipline with a credit average (65 percent) or equivalent qualification and five years professional work experience with a middle to senior project management position or similar or
- a University of Sydney Graduate Diploma in Project Leadership with a credit average (65 percent). Units completed in the graduate diploma/graduate certificate can be credited to the master's degree.
