In the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, you’ll learn to work in teams tackling real-world problems that exist in society and in business. Our Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is full time and direct entry, which means your business education begins on day one.

Your extensive knowledge of business fundamentals, innovative business practises and case-based learning opportunities will make you an experienced graduate and an asset to modern industry.
IMMERSIVE LEARNING
At Laurier, you'll participate in a number of case-based learning opportunities:
Live Case: In your very first semester, you'll work in a group to answer a strategic business question posed by a real company. Cash prizes are awarded to the top teams.
BDO New Venture Competition: Working in a team, you'll generate and present an idea and business plan for your new venture. Scholarships are awarded to the winning team.
PepsiCo Pitch Competition: This competition offers you the opportunity to perfect the "art of the pitch," a critical business skill in today’s world. PepsiCo offers guaranteed interviews to the top three winners.
IKEA Sustainability Challenge: You'll work in small teams to come up with an innovative solution to IKEA’s question with a specific lens on sustainability. Winners are invited to interview for a summer job with IKEA Canada.
Integrated Case Exercise (ICE) Week: In your third year, you'll put your business knowledge to the test during in a ten-day live case competition, where you'll analyze a real problem facing a real company and offer real solutions.
