You will study very large scale integration, perspective element base of nanoelectronics and nanosensorics, mathematical modeling and design of micro- and nanosystems of various purpose, technological routes development.

• Design in TANNER/MICROWIND & DSCH;
• Micro- and Nanotechnologies;
• Development of Microcontroller Devices Based on Arduino;
• Graphic Programming Language LabView and
• National Instruments Soft Hardware, etc.
