Cyberspace is a vast, complex and still evolving community that presents enterprise, industry and governments with on-going security management challenges, as it grows on an exponential scale.
Bournemouth University’s MSc in Cyber Security & Human Factors has been developed in response to the needs of the computing and security sectors worldwide. Graduates from this course will be equipped with technical know-how to protect and prevent, and the ability to assess risk and manage incidents.

Talbot Campus
Talbot Campus is where the majority of our Faculties are located and is also where you'll find the main university facilities, such as The Sir Michael Cobham Library, the Student Centre and SportBU - a fully equipped sports centre and gym. There are many study spaces where you can work in groups or individually within the library and the Student Centre, as well as in the Purple Lounge.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Entry requirements for Bangladeshi students
- You need to have a Master’s degree from a recognized Bangladeshi institution, which should follow a three or four-year Bachelor's degree.
Entry requirements for Indian students
- You need to have an Indian Bachelor's (Honours) degree from a recognized higher education institution in a relevant subject and to have met the minimum required grades.
Entry requirements for Nepalese
- You need to have a Master’s degree, following a three-year Bachelor's degree, to apply for one of our postgraduate taught courses.
Entry requirements for Sri Lankan students
- If you have been awarded a four-year Bachelor's degree by a recognized higher education institution in Sri Lanka, you can apply for a taught postgraduate degree at BU
