The Food Safety Certificate (Level 3)
The Food Safety Certificate (Level 3) teaches food safety and hygiene in a real New Zealand café environment.
This practical-based training programme (80 per cent practical, 20 per cent theory) is based at our operational training facility, the AIS Asquith Cafe. You will learn food handling, and how to safely and confidently prepare food for our paying customers, gaining the valuable skills and experience required to succeed in the food industry.
This certificate is a game-changer for anyone wishing to work in a café or commercial food environment, as good employers often look for a food safety qualification when hiring staff.
