The New Zealand Diploma in Business Level 5 Leadership and Management strand allows you to launch your career in management with the operational skills to lead the charge in business’s daily functions.

Aims of Programme
This programme aims to prepare students with a general and specialised business knowledge and skills that can be applied in a range of operational roles.

Graduates will be prepared to contribute to the achievement of business operational objectives, through the application of knowledge and skills, in an ethical manner and in a bi and multi-cultural environment. In addition, graduates will have specialised knowledge and skills for application in operational roles in New Zealand business entities.

PSW Opportunity

  • During study, all students on a student visa can work up to 20 hours per week during semester and full time during vacations.
  • After completing Level 7 Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification, a student will get a three years open post-study work visa.
  • After completing Level 8 Post Graduate courses of 1 year, students get 1 year PSW.
