DIPLOMA OF JAPANESE STUDIES (LEVEL 5)
The Diploma of Japanese Studies (DJAST) is centred on a core of compulsory papers that emphasise the development of a firm foundation in Japanese language skills. An understanding of traditional and contemporary Japanese culture, modern society, politics and business.
Graduates will have mastered the basics of the Japanese language and have gained a platform for the study of Japanese language at higher levels leading to employment.
This programme is being discontinued and will have its final intake in 2020.
