Speech pathology graduates are employed in a wide range of settings around the world and work with people of all ages, their carers/families, services, communities, and other professionals across a wide variety of agencies.

International students studying at Flinders University will be eligible to access an additional year in Australia on a post-study work visa, which means Masters graduate can get up to 3 years of PSW visa. 

Applicants must normally hold an approved bachelor's degree with a minimum of credit average. No specific undergraduate degree is required for admission. 

Practical experience requirements

Criminal history screening, health checks and immunizations

Prior to commencement in the program, Master of Speech Pathology students are required to undertake specified health checks, immunizations, and criminal history screening in accordance with the University and Department of Health policies. Successful applicants will be advised about this process.
