Master in Marine Technology (M-TECH)
We offer 2 specialisms within the Marine Technology stream:
- Hydrodynamics for Ocean Engineering (M-TECH HOE)
This master programme provides advanced training on the typical problems of free-surface hydrodynamics applied to ocean engineering: ship resistance, seakeeping, marine renewable energy systems, etc. Centrale Nantes has a towing tank and a large ocean wave basin that are unique in Europe and that are used in the teaching programme.
- Atlantic Master on Ship Operation & Naval Engineering (M-TECH AMASONE)
The outstanding strength of this Master is that you will have on-board training sessions on French Navy vessels. The insight gained into on-board practices, use of complex equipment and immersion into rapidly evolving knowledge and techniques is highly valuable for a naval engineer, and of course, highly regarded by industrial employers.
