In the rapidly changing business world, the demand for finance professionals has never been greater. DRAMA
Do you want to explore theatre and performance, learn about the origins of current practices, and develop your hands-on skills in making new work across a rich variety of genres? If yes, then this Drama degree is for you.
As part of Liverpool Hope University’s world-class creative community you will have the opportunity to develop practical skills including acting, directing, devising, applied theatre, and solo performance. You will make performances and present ideas verbally, as well as improving your skills in critical and reflective writing. We also make full use of the many theatres in Liverpool and you will spend time watching and reviewing work from the Everyman and Playhouse, as well as our own Capstone Theatre.
The degree is taught at the Creative Campus near Liverpool city centre, giving you the benefit of a small campus experience that is supportive of big ambitions, plus several well-equipped studio theatre spaces. Drama does not exist in a social vacuum. It is an essential of commentary on lives lived, lost and longed for. Throughout your time at Liverpool Hope University you will be asked to explore performance in relation to contemporary social and ethical contexts, helping you understand of the critical place of performance in twenty-first century society

Hope Park
Hope Park is our main teaching campus and is situated in Childwall, a leafy suburb of Liverpool. The campus is a mini educational village with places to live, work, study, eat and relax.
Creative Campus
Creative Campus is the home to our creative and performing arts degrees. It is based in the city centre of Liverpool and is a constant hive of activity, with teaching, living and social spaces – and an on-site theatre.
Aigburth Park

Placement Years and the Placement and Internship Programme (PiP)
We’re proud to be able to offer all students the opportunity to add a Placement Year to their degree. We also work with a range of organizations to offer internship and placement opportunities. Getting hands-on experience gives you unique insights into a career and valuable experience when applying for jobs or further study.
Part-time work on campus
We have a variety of jobs on campus that are exclusively for Liverpool Hope students. Work up to 10 hours a week on campus to support yourself while you study, gain experience in the workplace and meet new people.
PSW Opportunity
- The Graduate Route is a new UK post-study work visa to be introduced for international students graduating in summer 2021 or later. It will allow you to live and work in the UK for up to two years after your degree.
