BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management and Food Studies

Would you like to become a skilled restaurateur, with an understanding of global operations in the service industry?

This joint BA will give you the well-rounded knowledge and skills required for a career in hospitality management while allowing you to specialize within the food and beverage sector.

This course is taught by professionals from the industry, a number of whom are involved with current research. Their knowledge and expertise will help you to develop your strategic view of hospitality as a global business full of opportunity.

Throughout the course, you will develop your technical, supervisory and managerial abilities in the hospitality business. You will also have opportunities to build your network through contact with our industry partners.

UK has announced 2 years PSW for 2021 graduates.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with the following qualifcations will be considered for entry on an undergraduate degree:

  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma (From a minimum 25 points depending on course)
  • British/ International A Levels (From a minimum 112 UCAS tariff points depending on course)
  • Indian Standard 12/HSC (minimum average of 55% depending on exam board)
  • Second and final year entry on a bachelor's degree may be available for those with a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the UK with a merit profile
  • A recognised foundation course
