Quantity Surveying, HND (London South East Colleges – Holly Hill Campus)
This quantity surveying course will prepare you for advanced employment in the construction industry, providing a solid understanding of design, construction technology, construction contracts, and the statutory requirements for all types of buildings. The course is taught through lectures, tutorials, workshops and external visits, with learning covering core and optional topics, including quantity surveying, architecture, building surveying, building control and construction management. Based on your knowledge and skills at HNC level, the HND forms the next part of the course. At both levels, you'll gain technical, research, organisational and planning skills. The course is offered by one of the university's partner colleges, London South East Colleges, on its Bexley Campus.

Undergraduate Degrees (Bachelor's)
For entry to our four-year extended degree programmes, you will need to have met the following:
- Standard XII with a minimum of 50%
- 70% in English in Standard XII or English language requirements
For standard entry to our Bachelor's programmes, you will need to have met the following:
- Standard XII with a minimum of 60%(70% for Law, Architecture)
- 70% in English in Standard XII or English language requirements
Some Bachelor's degrees allow advanced entry to year 2 or year 3, depending on your study history.
For advanced entry to Year 2 and Year 3 you will need to complete:
