The industry-focused curriculum is taught through a range of practical and academic learning styles to maximize the learning experience. You’ll learn all the business skills you need to equip you for management while getting plenty of opportunities to put your skills into practice. The combination of key business subjects – such as Management, Communications, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource Management – with essential operational subjects – such as Hospitality Industry Studies, Rooms Division, Food, and Beverage Management – ensures that graduates are well equipped for a successful career in the sector.
Since European languages are increasingly important in the world of work, students can choose to study a European language.
