M.Tech in Energy and Environmental Engineering

The 2-year M.Tech in Energy and Environmental Engineering programme aims at training young engineers in different areas of environmental engineering and management with instrumentation techniques and technical exposure. The curriculum has been designed to seamlessly train the students for research and development in all sectors of the environment with exposure to different instrumentation techniques and industries. Students are taught to contribute to the technological advancement for conserving the environment and natural resources of the energy.

The students, who have qualified their B.Tech/ B.E in any branch of engineering with 60%, are eligible to apply for the admission to M.Tech Degree with Specialization in Energy & Environmental Engineering. Also, the students with an M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Mathematics, Materials Science, Electronics, Biotechnology and Electronics with minimum 55% marks can apply for this programme. Moreover, GATE/NET qualified candidates always get preference from the university.
