LLM in Corporate Law
School of Law offers one year LL.M program in four specialization, i.e, Masters in corporate law, criminal law, energy laws, and international law. This program is designed for those students who wish to increase their understanding of legal principles and for those who wish to enhance their knowledge in academics and research. This course is spread over two semesters with study of general subjects in first semester and specialized subjects along with dissertation in second semester. Emphasis is laid on experiential learning by means of writing legal essays, research papers, and paper presentation in seminar and conferences.
