DPsych Counselling Psychology

Counseling psychology is a rapidly growing area of applied psychology, and a wide range of diverse settings are in need of highly skilled HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologists.

In this doctorate program, you’ll expand your ability to work with complex client groups and contribute impactful research to the field of psychological health.

Graduate prospects
On graduation, you will qualify for Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society and you are eligible to apply for HCPC registration.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Postgraduate Taught
Bachelor's degree - GPA of 2.7/5.0 or 2.3/4.0

India

Four year Bachelor's degree (50% minimum; second class average over course duration)
Three year Bachelor's degree (60% minimum; first class average over course duration)

For programmes requiring an IELTS 6 with no element below 5.5 (or equivalent), we can accept 70% in standard XII English as evidence of English language
