Certificate III in Information, Digital Media and Technology

Get the skills and knowledge you need to undertake a wide range of generalist Information and Communications Technology (ICT) technical functions or choose a specialisation in one of the Support or Network streams.

This course will teach you the basic skills you need to work and communicate effectively in an ICT environment, implement and monitor environmentally sustainable work practices and participate effectively in WHS communication and consultation processes.

You’ll also learn to install and optimise operating system software, run standard diagnostic tests and create user documentation.

If you choose the Support Stream, you will gain skills in a range of technologies to provide first-level diagnostic support to people using ICT. In the Networking Stream, you’ll gain skills in a range of technologies to provide first-level networking support.
