Master of Business Administration
The internationally accredited Master of Business Administration (MBA) is tailored to suit established professionals, particularly middle and senior managers who are looking to move into a managerial or executive position. The Graduate Certificate in Business and Graduate Diploma in Business are nested within this course.
The course combines hands-on project work with evidence-based business ideas applicable to domestic and international business. You will create and critically evaluate innovative ideas and strategies relevant to volatile and complex global business environments and, more specifically, relevant to your own organization.
You’ll have the opportunity to expand your business network and benefit from Curtin’s industry connections with Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre, the Communications Council, the Future of Work Institute, and members of the MBA and Executive Education Advisory Panel and alumni committee.
You will also specialize in one of the following areas:

As well as following the core curriculum, you will complete a professional portfolio, which involves a minimum of 40 hours of professional development.

Thousands of students fill the campus grounds every day of semester, creating a vibrant, multicultural atmosphere. Over the past decade, the campus has undergone some major changes, with a variety of stunning modern buildings now interspersed with the original 1960s architecture. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- For entry into the MBA, applicants require a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution and at least three (3) years of relevant work experience (prospective students with 2 years relevant work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Alternatively, applicants to the MBA may have a relevant Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma with a Course Weighted Average of 65%, and three (3) years of relevant work experience (prospective students with 2 years relevant work experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis). Entry to the course is competitive and applicants will be required to undertake an interview as the final stage of application assessment.
