The Master of Human Resources is designed for managers, human resource professionals and consultants wanting to develop and expand their knowledge, personal and professional skills. It is also appropriate for graduates and professionals from other fields, who want to enhance their understanding of the management of human resources and industrial relations.

The course meets the continuing development requirements of professionals in the field, enabling graduates to advance themselves in the complex and changing organisational climates of Australia and worldwide. 

It features both guided independent study and team projects and course units cover key strategic and practical topics of relevance in today's evolving HR environment.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

  • Specifically, a relevant bachelor AND 3 years work experience (documented and relevant). Applicants without a relevant bachelor will need to complete one of the Graduate Certificate pathways; GC-HUMRES Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and GC-EMPRL Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations.

Applicants will also submit a personal statement that reflects relevant work experience and knowledge of the profession.
