Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Specifically, a relevant bachelor AND 3 years work experience (documented and relevant). Applicants without a relevant bachelor will need to complete one of the Graduate Certificate pathways; GC-HUMRES Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and GC-EMPRL Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations.

Applicants will also submit a personal statement that reflects relevant work experience and knowledge of the profession.
