Diploma of Hospitality Management
This Diploma follows on from SIT40416 Certificate IV in Hospitality and focuses on the skills and knowledge required to manage effectively in the hospitality industry, including leading a diverse team. During your studies, you will learn about financial management, regulatory compliance, rostering, stock purchasing and control, how to provide quality customer service, manage workplace conflict, and workplace health and safety.
When you complete your studies, you will have gained “job-ready” in-demand practical skills that will help you pursue your career in this growing industry. You can also continue your studies for a further 6 months, by enrolling in SIT60316 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
