This specialized course will provide you with instrumental and vocal techniques, performance skills, music literacy, aural training, and music analysis skills. You will gain the confidence to perform in an ensemble and develop a repertoire and original material that is recorded in the on-campus recording studio.
This course will also allow you to incorporate technology into music composition and manage intellectual property. It has many practical components and allows you to extend your music skills in a range of areas including understanding music composition and arrangement, understanding the recording process, pre & post-production, how to record in studios with production teams and collaborating with other musicians and sound production teams.
