Hospitality “Luxury &Lifestyle”
Luxury or lifestyle does not define a specific category of hotels but allows the guest to anticipate the type of experience he will be treated to. Many attributes could describe lifestyle and boutique hotel offerings, such as: distinctive, trendy, charming and avant-garde, etc. The luxury we are offered today is synonym of a unique, refined, personalised and local experience. Through their coursework, the student learns to master the process of developing and managing the many aspects of the guest’s experiential path, be it interpersonal, technological, material or gustatory. Equipped with an advanced professional experience, a “Luxury & Lifestyle” graduate is capable of taking on a managerial position in the areas of operational management, marketing or sales management.
Food services, “Culinary Arts, Services & Sommellerie”
At a time of growing market instability, an increasingly well-informed and demanding clientele, as well as ever fiercer competition, it is vital that a food service professional have a compelling and a charismatic appeal while also being a seasoned manager. This Bachelor’s degree not only offers a thorough knowledge of culinary heritage, excellent hosting abilities as well as broadened technical skills, it also enables the future professional to run and organise a successful business in the food sector. Having completed the course and various work placements in middle management positions, the « Culinary Arts, Services & Sommellerie» graduate will be qualified for senior positions in restaurants, catering, luxury gourmet food stores, wine cellars and will be able to run his/her own restaurant.

Revenue management is a recent discipline in the hotel and restaurant sectors. Consequently, employers’ expectations can be variable and numerous. This Bachelor course delivers in-depth specialty subjects: statistics, mathematics, sales, e-commerce and market analysis.
