Msc in Human Resource Management

The dual degree MSc in Human Resource Management is a 5 ^th year of the Program Grande Ecole IPAG. It offers the possibility of obtaining 2 diplomas in 1 year: a master degree from IPAG and a master of science in international finance. The first semester takes place at IPAG on the Paris campus. The second semester is spent entirely at the University of Newcastle in Australia.

The double degree M.Sc. in Human Resource Management allows students trained in M1 to manage French human resources to transfer their skills in an international context. The training provided both in France and in a country of Anglo-Saxon culture is particularly relevant to the Asia-Pacific zone. It complements the knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) acquired in M1 by focusing on diversity management and uncertainty management to train managers able to manage multicultural teams and support the development of multinationals.
