Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant Management)
The Bachelor of Business (International Restaurant Management) is a three-year multi-disciplinary programme which aims to prepare students for a career in international restaurant management. Critical analysis of management styles and the strategic thinking required to succeed in this industry are a focus of this programme, while pragmatic business simulations and two professional experience work-based learning opportunities are other course highlights.
The programme is delivered in association with TAFE SA Regency International Centre for Hospitality, Leisure and Food Studies.
