Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
This course is ideal for you if you have completed an accredited three year course in psychology that includes a Level 3 statistics unit, and wish to complete an accredited fourth year in psychology to become eligible for provisional registration as a Psychologist in an Australian State or Territory. You will undertake advanced research training, and have the opportunity to conduct your own original piece of research that may in some cases lead to publication in a professional journal. If you choose to study online, please note you are required to attend compulsory residential school.
Professional Recognition
This course is accredited by APAC and qualifies you to apply for provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia. Provisionally registered psychologists are required to undertake a minimum of two years industry supervision or complete a relevant postgraduate qualification to be eligible for full professional accreditation as a registered psychologis
