You’ll develop the ability to supply accurate and timely advice about UK legislation, helping shape improvements to organisational and individual performance. There's an opportunity to study and be able to implement HRM policies and practices that take into account influences from different stakeholders and institutional forces relevant to the dealing with people’s contributions and rewards within organisations.

Develop your knowledge and understanding of contemporary HRM as a strategic management function in public and private sector organisations.

Enable you to become an HR manager who’ll have an influence on organisational performance and change.

Give you the opportunity to study and learn intellectual abilities and strength in a multicultural and stimulating academic environment.

This programme is designed for people who, on the basis of their first degree and/or work experience in people management, wish to acquire further study of more contemporary and in depth HRM knowledge. The skills and competencies you’ll pick up throughout your studies are required for domestic and international organisations, and in the public and private sectors.
