Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) - Integrated Earth and Marine Sciences (Extended Major)
A holistic understanding of Earth and its oceans is needed for a more sustainable future. This course offers an interdisciplinary experience in onshore and offshore environments for future leaders in research and sustainable industry.
You will learn high-level skills in the collection and interpretation of geoscientific data, in both terrestrial and marine settings, as well as advanced data analysis and synthesis techniques. These skills will equip you for a future career in federal, state and local government agencies, consultancy and private industry related to minerals, petroleum, groundwater and coastal zone management, as well as research and development careers across the Earth and Marine Sciences.
