The industry-accredited mechanical engineering degree will enable you to play a pivotal role in planning, implementing and managing mechanical engineering projects and developments in a wide range of industries and organisations. Explore subjects including mechatronics, mechanics, automotive engineering, renewable energy, fluid dynamics, and computer aided design.
The flexible business degree will prepare you to operate in complex organisational and economic systems, often associated with large engineering projects. With a range of industry-relevant subjects to choose from, you have the opportunity to tailor the degree to your interests and career goals. Subjects include, finance, economics, international business and entrepreneurship.
Work integrated learning is embedded in this degree. You’ll have the opportunity to design creative solutions through inspiring and sustainable design-and-build projects, take part in the Engineers Without Borders Challenge, and undertake work placements in Australia and overseas, boosting career opportunities and building a global network.

Visa information
To work within Australia you will need a valid visa. Current information on migrating to Australia is available from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) website. As there are many visa categories, and variations in personal circumstances, any advice should be sought from DIBP or your nearest Australian Overseas Embassy (a list of Embassies is also available from the DIBP website).
Private health insurance
Medicare is Australia's national public health insurance system. Private Health Insurance is also available from a range of providers. Staff on temporary visas are not covered by the national public health insurance scheme and must take out their own private health insurance for the duration of their appointment.
