  • To provide effective internal and external (if needed) complaint resolution and grievance handling systems to deal with clients and staff issues.

CRICOS
?
Crown Institute of Business & Technology is registered with CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students). This is necessary for international students to be able to apply for their student visas to come and study in Australia. CRICOS is also responsible for monitoring and regulating the courses, operations of Crown Institute of Business & Technology to ensure the quality assurance and viability of its operations.

The regulatory framework, provided under the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000, the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) and the National Code, assures the quality and sustainability of the education and training industry for overseas students studying in Australia.

Australian Skills Quality Authority

The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) is the national regulator for Australia’s vocational education and training sector. ASQA regulates courses and training providers to ensure nationally approved quality standards are met. All courses at CIBT are approved by ASQA.

NEAS
?
The primary goal of NEAS is the maintenance of high levels of quality in the provision of English Language Teaching programs and services by ELT centres to the benefit of the industry as a whole and especially for students.

?The purpose of the scheme is:

  • to set standards of quality in the provision of ELT programs and related services
  • to provide a professional judgment as to whether ELT centres meet and continue to meet those standards

Crown Institute of Business & Technology is approved English Language Training Provider by NEAS and is subject to monitoring by it to ensure the quality standards, operational viability and other factors as permitted by law.

ACEPT
?
ACPET is the national industry association for independent providers of post-compulsory education and training. It represents training organizations who offer a wide range of courses including higher education, English language and vocational studies.
