BS in Computer Science
The undergraduate program in Computer Science offers a core curriculum in computing that meets standards of computing-industry employers while allowing students to tailor the selection of advanced courses to fit their interests.
Undergraduate students may elect to take courses from exciting fields such as artificial intelligence, graphics, parallel computing, networking and game development. The baccalaureate program also features a developing emphasis in undergraduate research. The highly student-oriented faculty are committed to the success of their students and encourage participation in the program and in university activities. The members of the faculty practice an open door policy, allowing students frequent opportunities for one-on-one interactions.
