Statistics BA
All of the faculty in the Department of Biostatistics have extensive experience working with real data through their research and interdisciplinary collaborations and their experiences are brought into the classroom. Thus students are not only exposed to statistical theory, but how to apply the theory to real-world problems, providing students insight beyond what an ordinary textbook offers. Our goal is to prepare students for a career in applied statistics or continuation of their education in pursuit of an advanced degree.
