B.S. in Sport Management and Recreation Studies

The sports industry is an incredibly diverse field that needs professionals who posses a comprehensive skill set to meet the demands of a constantly evolving market. Because the sports industry is so diverse, professionals need an understanding of marketing sports products, managing finances, managing facilities, managing customer relationships, understand contractual agreements, and be well-versed in a contemporary sport environment. Many of our graduates are currently working in various professional and collegiate sports leagues such as Major League Baseball, Minor League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, and the Southeastern Conference.
