B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering
Biological systems engineering integrates engineering fundamentals, mechanics and design principles with biology and chemistry to develop sustainable solutions for biological, agricultural, food and natural resource systems.
K-State is the only university in Kansas offering a biological systems engineering degree — a versatile program offering machinery, environmental and biology engineering programs.
In the undergraduate program, students gain an understanding of engineering principles, knowledge of biological sciences and the ability to develop new concepts.
