BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (B.S.M.E.)
McNeese’s Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering provides a well-rounded education that combines engineering, mathematics and applied science. The undergraduate degree examines contemporary issues and ideas with an emphasis on dynamics, materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, machinery, control, programming and design. In addition, the program explores specialty areas such as auto research, heating and cooling systems, automation and robotics, engineering computing, acoustics and vibration, alternative energies and nanotechnology.

- Have your ACT or SAT scores sent to McNeese directly from the testing agency. If you can't provide ACT or SAT scores, you can demonstrate readiness for college-level math in one of the ways provided on this chart, or take the Accuplacer remotely.
