On this Sports Performance course, you’ll get an understanding of the key issues in sport, develop your own fitness, and learn about the science that underpins our physical ability.
What will you learn?
You will study a stimulating mix of topics, including sports psychology, coaching and movement analysis, as well as essential areas of sports science, including anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.
Studying the Cert HE in Sports Performance will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to advance your career in a number of sports related roles for example jobs in performance analysis and training, coaching and instructing or in the wider health and well-being sector.
