Application tips
Depending on their needs, employers may ask for a range of application documents - forms, CVs, covering letters, or supporting statements. As part of the application process, they may ask you to complete psychometric tests. Once you’ve successfully completed the initial stages of the application process, you may be invited to an interview, an automated video interview, or an assessment centre. 

Whatever employers ask you, make sure you read - and follow! - the instructions. Make sure you know the role description, person specification, and organisation inside out. The employer must be able to see that you are motivated to do this job and work for them.
