Master of Human Resource Management (MGM201.1)
The Master of Human Resource Management is designed to equip you for managerial positions requiring a broad understanding of human resources and its essential role within your organisation. It is designed for people who are working in an HR area and want to complement their practical knowledge with a sound theoretical base, or those contemplating a career in human resource management.
The course equips you with specialist skills in employee recruitment and selection, training and development and performance management. The course also emphasises a strategic approach to the management of people in paid employment and in leadership development.
