Writing for Media BA (Hons)
This course is designed to provide you with the chance to develop strong written communication skills underpinned by a diverse technical skillset in image, sound and multimedia that will meet the requirements of the evolving creative industries. It will offer you the opportunity to write in different genres and formats for diverse media such as radio, television, as well as digital and the print press.
Students will be able to produce a portfolio of writing as well as media, and to specialise in their final year through their special project.
Strong communication skills and technical knowledge are in demand in the creative industries, which range from small start-ups which require agile and flexible workers, to larger companies which communicate to their audiences through a range of platforms, diversify you career options.

PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
The normal entry requirements for postgraduate degrees are a good honours degree in an appropriate subject from a recognised university.
We may also consider candidates with other relevant qualifications and individuals with substantial related work experience.
Applicants who not have English as a first language will be required to demonstrate they have the correct level of English for their course.
