Food Science, Technology and Management BSc (Hons)
The course is designed to align to the standards for the food industry technical professional recently developed by industry and academic representatives to provide trained technical food professionals to support the continued growth of the food industry. You will gain an understanding in associated technological developments and its requirement for food quality, safety and security within the global supply chain.
This course offers apprentices the opportunity to develop skills in product design, food processing, hygiene and management. Studying this course offers a degree qualification to paid employees within existing Food industries. PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
The normal entry requirements for postgraduate degrees are a good honours degree in an appropriate subject from a recognised university.
We may also consider candidates with other relevant qualifications and individuals with substantial related work experience.
Applicants who not have English as a first language will be required to demonstrate they have the correct level of English for their course.
