Diploma in Aviation (General Aviation)
his NZQA approved qualification covers the syllabus requirements for the CPL MEIR program along with ATPL (Human Factors, Meteorology), Basic Gas Turbine, Dangerous goods course, and Winter flying ground course.
Holders of this qualification are able to work as commercial pilots of an airplane engaged in general aviation under the relevant Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Rules or in the associated support industries such as flight planning and aircraft operations.
On completion of this qualification, graduates may progress to the New Zealand Diploma in Aviation (Level 6) with strands in Aeroplane Flight Instruction or Aeroplane Airline Preparation.
