SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) is a global enterprise that serves 350,000 customers in 180 countries. According to SAP.com, around 76% of the world’s transaction revenue involves an SAP system. Not only is SAP already a mammoth organization, it is expanding at a rapid rate, achieving significant and sustainable growth, which has led to a huge demand for a broad range of SAP professionals, from functional and technical consultants to architects and developers.
MCIT’s SAP program begins with theoretical topics related to the basic aspects of supply chain management, one of the high-demand modules in SAP. The program then puts more emphasis on functional SAP ERP modules. Students gain knowledge of a broad range of SAP modules like Production Planning (SAP PP), Material Management (SAP MM), and Sales and Distribution (SAP SD). Practice sessions involve implementing solutions discussed in class using the SAP tool. This approach prepares students to assess real-life industry situations and equips them with the tools to implement all possible scenarios in SAP.

If your program was less than 8 months
- You aren’t eligible for a PGWP.
If your program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years
- We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.
For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.
If your program was 2 years or more
- We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for 3 years.
If you completed more than 1 program
- You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.
Each of the programs you completed -
- must be PGWP-eligible and at least 8 months in length

This is an entry-level course/program, but it assumes that students have the following:
Secondary V / High School Diploma
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
Completed post-secondary studies (in Business Management or Social Science or Information Technology) or have a CEGEP Diploma or have 1 year of relevant experience
