International Politics and the Covenanters is a very dynamic subject. It reflects the vitality, energy and developments of a rapidly changing world. When choosing to study the International Politics and Media degree course in the Department of International Politics and the Department of Drama, Theater and Television at Aberystwyth University you will choose to study at the best center in the UK for the study of international relations.
The International Politics department is also home to the Institute of Welsh Politics. The combination of excellent teaching and exciting research creates a unique and unique experience here, in a friendly atmosphere. There are opportunities to develop transferable skills that will increase your career prospects, and we offer our students a scheme of placements in the House of Commons and the National Assembly, as well as exchange programs with European countries, Canada and Australia. We give our students the opportunity to simulate political crises on exciting field courses, all located in a vibrant and cosmopolitan environment at the heart of the University campus.
The Media side led by the Drama, Theater and Television department gives you the opportunity to know who controls and owns our media, how content is produced , and what kind of impact the media is having on us as an audience.

- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
