Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
This course is for students who are 16 years old and above and would like to study at a further education institution in an English-speaking country.
Students wishing to take the IELTS normally or wish to gain a certain band score for entry purposes.
Upon arrival, students will meet with a senior member of our staff to ensure that they are being placed in the appropriate level in order for the student to meet their learning objectives.
Placement Test
- A placement test is administered at the Admissions Office upon the students’ arrival in Singapore. Students will be informed of the respective levels they qualify for within one day of the test.
Recommended Minimum Language Requirement
- IELTS >5.5, or
- an equivalent English Language qualification, or
- have completed LSBF Preparatory Course in English (PCE) advance level, or equivalent, or
- achieved a satisfactory score on LSBF placement test
