BA in Digital Marketing & Public Relations
This Level 7 degree has been produced in response to a very high demand from employers for graduates who are skilled in the rapidly evolving Digital Marketing and Public Relations sector. Students can choose to graduate at the end of their third year or they can take one of the year-long Level 8 ‘add-on’ opportunities.
The degree prepares students for direct employment within the marketing communications industry and has been welcomed as both timely and relevant by employers. A key selling point of the course is the semester-long work placement in year three, which will give students a taste of life within this dynamic and expanding industry and will enable them to put their skills into practice.
There is also the option to spend a semester studying abroad or work on an Industry Project. DkIT sees this as a core strength of the new degree, with strong industry links through the work placement office this will enable students to get real-world experience within their area of interest, something which will really stand to them as graduates
