Bachelor of Kinesiology Athletic Therapy
The specialized Athletic Therapy program within the Bachelor of Kinesiology four-year degree prepares students to work in the prevention, immediate care, and rehabilitation of musculo-skeletal injuries. This program involves extensive clinical and field experience so that students can apply their knowledge and skills in practical settings preparing them to certify with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA).
What is unique about this program at the U of M?
The University of Manitoba's Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management has one of only seven accredited B.Kin. Athletic Therapy programs in Canada. UofM Athletic Therapy graduates achieve high success rates on their Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) certification exams each year.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
An equivalent minimum average of 85% over the following courses, with no less than 60% in each course:
