The qualification has been developed to meet the requirements of the employer and the professional bodies like CIBSE, CIPHE, and CIOB. The qualification will enhance the career prospects of those who undertake the course and gain access to jobs in Construction Management, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Property Management, Commercial Management, Architectural Technology, Project manager and Structural Engineering

Two A Levels maths, physics or engineering or a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma or other equivalent Level 4 Building services or Construction qualification, plus 4 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (grade A*- C) in English language, maths and a science subject. You will have a College interview and references will be taken up.

For Students returning to education, other qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration when processing applications. Also an international equivalent of the above will be considered.

All students who are non-native English speakers and who have not undertaken their final two years of schooling in English, must demonstrate capability in English at a standard equivalent to IELTS 5.5; Reading and Writing must be at 5.5 or equivalent.
