- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate Degree
- A minimum second class undergraduate honours degree in architecture, or
- A minimum second class undergraduate honours degree in engineering, project management or other built environment discipline, or
- A recognised professional qualification in a cognate discipline
Postgraduate
Holders of a three or four year bachelor's degree with an overall average of 55% from a recognised institution, or 50% plus any relevant work experience, or additional, relevant qualifications will be considered for postgraduate study.
