B.SC (HONS) HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Regardless of the sector a company works in, the Human Resources professional who can motivate employees, whilst protecting the organisation from non-compliance, is highly sought after. As well as being accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), our Human Resource Management (HRM) undergraduate degree is designed around its national framework. This means that the modules you undertake have been developed to reflect industry best practice and the current needs of employers. The course is taught at our University of Salford campus close to Manchester city centre

The lecturers who deliver this programme have a wealth of academic and professional expertise. Throughout the course, you’ll benefit from their support, experience and industry connections to help you prepare for your future career. In 2020, 90% of students asked agreed that staff are good at explaining things; 90% agreed they have been able to contact staff when needed; and 90% agreed that the course has provided opportunities to explore ideas and concepts in depth (University of Salford analysis of unpublished NSS 2020 data).

At Salford Business School, we make industry relevance a priority. So, as well as gaining the knowledge required for a successful career in business, you’ll develop the professional skills to help you make an impact in those all-important interviews.
